This has been an excellent transaction, as you are aware we had more than 5 months left of our current deal when I contacted you and your advice on how to make sure I got the best deal was invaluable as it has saved me a great deal of money with the recent interest rate increases and had I waited just a few weeks more I would’ve paid a lot more for a good fixed interest rate deal over the next 5 years . The conveyancer service was excellent also with weekly updates on the application and we had very little to do after everything was completed with the application and then just waiting for the completion date to avoid penalty fees and such like . The date of the final transaction and completion was excellent with nothing for ourselves to do and everything went as smoothly and very well as expected with no last minute running around as everything was already set up and ready to go. This year, my original 2 year fixed rate was expiring, with Randal and I having a catch-up 6 months prior to see what options I had. Given the increase in interest rates, I was worried that my monthly repayments would exceed what I could afford but Randal was able to secure a competitive rate with my existing lender, which meant I could avoid the process of refinancing with another lender. After submitting the change to my lender, Terri was my main contact and throughout the process, with further BoE interest rate increases, Terri put me at ease that everything was in place and not to worry.

Both Randal and Terri are amazingly professional, without making things overly complicated. I’m now on a new 5 year fixed rate but I won’t hesitate to use Randal and Terri again when it’s time to renew
